Founding and Company Profile

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies Ltd.'s Lajosmizse site was established in 2007, specializing in the production of high-quality rubber seals. Thanks to its continuous development, it has become the largest employer in the small town. The initial workforce of only a few dozen employees has grown over the years to more than 200, whose dedication and expertise contribute daily to the company's successful operations. In 2021, as part of Freudenberg’s strategic direction, it merged into the Kecskemét-based Freudenberg Sealing Technologies Ltd., and they have been operating under a joint company name ever since.

The company is a partner manufacturer of the over 175-year-old Freudenberg Group, offering exceptional sealing solutions and specialized concepts for use in general mechanical engineering, the truck and automotive industries, always prioritizing flawless quality. Additionally, its products serve as components in various other industries, such as fluid management, fluid power, HVAC, railways, buses, the food industry, dental equipment, and more.

The Lajosmizse plant manufactures over 700 types of products and produces approximately 6.5 million pieces per month, making it a key player among its competitors. Despite numerous challenging global circumstances (such as the pandemic), the site has remained operational, expanded with a new manufacturing unit, and underwent a complete renovation. As a result, employees now enjoy a modern and high-quality work environment. The achievements are largely attributed to the discipline, professional preparedness, and trust of the employees. The success of the site greatly depends on teamwork and a shared commitment to common goals.

The plant places great emphasis on maintaining its dynamic growth based on market trends, striving to increase efficiency, perfect processes, and drive development. These efforts ensure smooth operations and strengthen the company’s leading position in the industry. The Lajosmizse site not only manufactures products but also shapes the future by developing new solutions and technologies that contribute to more sustainable and efficient industrial processes.

The Lajosmizse plant is an essential part of the Freudenberg Sealing Division.

Attila Bocsi - PP Manager of Lajosmizse

On June 1, 2023, I joined the Freudenberg site in Lajosmizse. It became clear to me during the selection process that my personal leadership philosophy aligns with the values of the Freudenberg Group, which has been repeatedly confirmed in recent times.

We encourage every employee in the organization to pursue self-actualization and continuous development because we know that human experience, competence, and attitude are essential components for achieving a common goal and making a manufacturing organization successful.

Balancing the needs of the group and the employees is a great challenge for every leader, yet it is crucial for achieving results. At our site, this is an integral part of our daily work, including: involvement, analysis, joint brainstorming, (self-)implementation, evaluation of achieved results, discussions, and establishing a culture of regular feedback. Without these, we cannot consider ourselves competitive and result-oriented. Therefore, it is unquestionable that anyone who envisions their career with us must understand our corporate philosophy and adapt—integrating their own ideas—to fit in and be part of the company's and team's success.

My personal goal is to manage a sustainable site by leveraging individual capabilities, preparing it for future challenges, and ensuring long-term stability and predictability, both in the region and in collaboration with our suppliers and partners beyond the country's borders. (Be part of the miracle, we all take care!)
