Celebrating 175 Years of Freudenberg and 25 Years of Kecskemét Site
This year, Freudenberg celebrates 175 years of existence, which is celebrated globally with a similar celebration in every country! In Hungary, we will celebrate with our colleagues from our sites in Lajosmizse and Kecskemét in September, with more than 650 people! Also our Kecskemét plant is celebrating its 25th anniversary, which is a special reason to celebrate, as 7 of our employees are celebrating their 25th employee year, which is a rarity these days. We are proud that Freudenberg can offer its employees a lifetime of secure and good jobs!

Job Fair
This year we participated in person at the job fair again in Kecskemét, at the Campus of Neumann János University on 16 April! At the event we presented our Kecskemét and lajosmizse sites. You could meet our excellent HR and engineering colleagues, talk about job assignments, career opportunities, employee life and many other workplace issues, and get a glimpse of what the Freudenberg feeling is like :)

Employee Event Opportunities
This year we are again preparing a wide range of varied programmes for the well-being of our employees. In total, 31 events are planned. The range of topics is very wide, with many events promoting employee wellbeing, we are also committed to organise opportunities around social responsibility, environmental protection and a strong focus on promoting sport and health among our employees. We believe it is important to focus on team building each year, and this year we will again provide team building opportunities for our employees.

Christmas Movie
In 2023, we ended the year in high spirits and celebrated the end of the year together with more than 400 colleagues with a very festive Christmas dinner and party.
