Best Lean Admin Project (2020)

Location: FST Kecskemét

We gained this award in 2020 for the transformation of our education system and the development of our training integration system.

Best Kaizen Project (2018)

Location: FST Kecskemét

In 2018, our company won the award for the best Kaizen project.

Best Lean Admin Project (2018)

We gained this award because of the shift change process automation and the whole exclusion of the losses in the area of administration.

Ford Q1 Preferred Quality Status (2018)

Location: PP RSS

The Freudenberg Sealing Technologies site in Kecskemét, Hungary, was honored with the highest award Ford grants its suppliers: the Q1 Award. The award is based on a comprehensive assessment of quality, reliability, logistics and engineering services. The Q1 status is a prerequisite to become a Ford series supplier.

Best Lean Project Europe (2017)

We reached a new level in the area of continuous development with the renewal of LPMS system integrating statistical process control.

Best Plant Award Europe (2015)

Location: FST Kecskemét

On occassion of Rapid Plant Assessment we gained the European first place in 2015 with the highest score which was 73,6 points.

The FST Ltd. Kecskemét site in line with Freudenberg Guiding Principles are committed to build a strong and supportive relationship towards our neighbor, in order to prove that our social responsibilities are very important and we are proud to live it. Therefore ongoing organized different activities to support the local Primary School. One of the main activities was that we together with our colleagues planted trees at the park of the school to provide better and healthier environment for the kids. Also we organized to have many selective bins to educate the children at this early age for environment protections.
With the support of Freudenberg „e2” we could reorganize one of the schoolroom with all eco-furniture. The actual work was done together with some of our supportive colleagues and the teachers of the school, what was a great example also how we can work and INNOVATING TOGETHER with our local partners.

Linking two machine at the area of finishing, we reached productivity growth, quality improvements and cost reduction within a Total Cost Down project.

GM Supplier Quality Excellence (2014)

Location: FST Kecskemét

The best suppliers are honored with this award by GM. We gained this award in 2014 due to deliver of error-proof products.

Volvo Cars Quality Through Excellence Award (2014)

Location: PP RSS

The best suppliers are honored with this award by Volvo. The Kecskemét site fulfills the strict requirements of Volvo which means the condition of getting this award: delivered products quality and the transport security are permanently excellent.

On occassion of Rapid Plant Assessment we gained the European first place in 2013 with the highest score.
